TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)- On November 2, NewsChannel 13 reported on a shooting investigation in Troy. Now, another victim has been found. Troy Police say that the second victim is a 31-year-old woman who later walked into Samaritan Hospital after the shooting. Both she and the other victim, a 15-year-old boy, are expected to survive.
