Mall management said the town of Queensbury gave it a list of about a dozen violations tied mostly to minor maintenance and safety items. The list included unlit exit signs and fire extinguishers with expired inspection tags. The town set a Nov. 16 deadline to finish the required work before any interior space closures would take effect. Mall management said it expects all violations to be corrected by next week and plans to schedule a reinspection with the town by next week. “The safety of our tenants, their employees and our customers remains our highest priority,” they said
